Description
- 2 players are positioned in a normal sideout position.
- The coach is on the other side of the net. He/She throws the ball at the players that must pass, set and attack as a normal game.
- After the hit, the coach quickly throws another ball. The players must communicate and plays the ball again.
- Repeat 3-4 times in a row and then pause.
