Description
- Player A starts at the net facing the back line. Player B starts in defense (cross court).
- Player A attacks on Player B.
- Player B digs the ball.
- Player A back sets the ball to Player B.
- Player B comes at the net where Player A starts and set the ball again to player A parallel to the net.
- Player A sets the ball back to player B.
- Repeat.
