Set up

Description
- Player A starts at the back line ready to serve. Player B receives on the other side of the court.
- Player A or coach serves or throws on Player B.
- Player B receives and aims to catch the ball.
- Player A serves again.
Evaluation : # of good passes (ex. 10) or # of time.(ex. 4 min)

Key points
- Play the ball with straight arms and bend the knees to get down low if necessary.
- If possible the athlete should move to pass ball in
- the centerline of their body.
- The target of the pass is forward and slightly in towards the court.
