In this drill athletes get practice bump setting the ball up for their partner out of the net.
Set up

Description
- Player A and B are facing the net inside the 3m line.
- Player A throws or spikes the ball into the bottom of the net.
- Player B must get as low as possible and set the ball out of the net.
- Player B should make sure they move through the ball after setting and get down low in preparation to dig a blocked ball.
- Repeat.
Evaluation : # of good transition sets.
