Get a high number of dig, set and spike reps and footwork training.

Description

  • Normal dig, set and spike crosscourt (with a simulated bloc)
  • After the spike, the setter switch with the defender.

Evaluation : # of reps in a row (ex. 8) or # of time (ex. 2 min)

Variations

  • Switch athletes if needed
  • Switch sides

  • Standing shot
  • Harder hits
  • Shoot line.
