Fun and challenging drill to improve one hand ball control.
Set up
# of players : 2-12 players (1 coach and 1 player minimum)
Ideal : 2 players
Equipment : 1 ball per pair
Average duration : 5-10 minutes
Description
- Player A and B are facing eachother anywhere on the court. With one hand, they are both holding the hoola hoop (vertically).
- The players are working together to keep the ball in play while using only one hand dig.
- Player A must try to pass the ball inside the Hoola Hoop. Player B must pass the ball over the Hoola Hoop.
- The team can try to make a number of contacts in a row (for example, 6 in total).
