Description
- The runner will start on the side of the net opposite the server. The runner will start in a designated spot outside the lines or in the middle of the court and cannot move until the server contacts the ball. He is trying to touch the serve with one or two hands, depending on the level
- of the court.
- The server is trying to serve into the court so that the ball lands without the runner touching the ball.
