Develop serves that make the opposition move away from their starting positions with the objective of creating a passing error.
Serving and moving into the court to get additional practice on any specified play determined by the coach.
Fix technical problems and passing foorwork on deep serves.
Develops ball control, increases the range of emergency touches and can be mentally challenging.
Develops passing technique and footwork.
